rops_table - calculates and returns as a list a 1D rotational average of the periodogram of the input 2D or 3D image

Usage

rops_table(image, lng = False)

Input

lng

if set to True, the command will return natural logarithm of the rotational average of the periodogram (the first value, i.e., the arbitrary sum of all elements, is replaced by the second)

Output

output

a list contianing 1D rotational average of the periodogram
